Pocket Hand Warmer

I first got one of these handwarmers as a young lad on the farm in Scotland to keep my hands from freezing, I picked up another when i was based in Germany with the Army and have had one ever since.

A simple but highly effective piece of kit, a tin with a fireproof inner with heat source of a charcoal stick, simply light the included charcoal stick, put in centre of tin and close giving you up to 10 hours continuous warmth.

There have been many copies and types tried ie rechargeable but the original still can't be beaten.
